This Campaign Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the 1st day of May, 2024, (the "Effective Date"), by and between dreambucket, with its principal office located in Davao City ("Organizer"), and [Angel Investor Name], an individual angel investor ("Investor").

WHEREAS, the Organizer is initiating a campaign starting from May 7, 2024, until September 20, 2024, (the "Campaign Period"), with the goal of raising 7,000,000 PHP through the sale of 35,000 tickets, each priced at 200 PHP, and;

WHEREAS, the Investor agrees to support the campaign financially and participate in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Campaign Details and Objectives:

• The goal of the campaign is to raise a total of 7,000,000 PHP.
• The campaign will involve the sale of 35,000 tickets, each priced at 200 PHP.
• The operational expenses for the campaign are estimated to be 1,577,193 PHP.
• A commitment to allocate 10% (700,000 PHP) from the gross revenue towards [specific purpose, e.g., a charitable cause, operational enhancements].
• Marketing strategies will include social media promotions, Facebook Ads, influencer marketing, and field campaigns.

2. Team Composition:

• The campaign will be managed by a team consisting of a Campaign Manager, Liaison Officer, Content Manager, Impact Director, Graphic Designer, Virtual Assistant/Customer Representative, Marketing Specialist, and Accounting Personnel.

3. Funding and Return on Investment (ROI):

• The total funding required for the campaign is 1,250,000 PHP.
• The Investor agrees to contribute 250,000 PHP towards the campaign funding on [insert the date the funder provided the amount].
• The expected Return on Investment (ROI) is 10%, totaling 1,375,000 PHP, with the Investor's share being 275,000 PHP.
